1 Introduction

Welcome to zc66. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and zc66 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the zc66 website located at https://zc66.io, including all associated services, games, promotions, and content available thereon (collectively, the "Service").

zc66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player shall be void and may be reclaimed by zc66.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the zc66 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at any stage is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zc66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. zc66 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the Player's name may be declined or reversed pending verification.
• zc66 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified method registered in the Player's name.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may vary between 3 and 7 business days.
• zc66 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification checks if unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account balance at the time the withdrawal request is processed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

zc66 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Certain promotions may be restricted to players in specific tiers, or to new players only.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the zc66 platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict specific to game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to transfer or conceal proceeds of illegal activity.
